What is the Unlimited Wash Club?

The Unlimited Klean-A-Kar-Express Wash Club is a membership service that enables your to wash your car or truck once a day, every day for one low monthly fee.

Vehicles must conform to Klean-A-Kar Express car wash standards.  Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

How often may I wash my vehicle in a month?

You can wash your vehicle once every day that our facilities are open.  No refunds for days that Klean-A-Kar Express closes early or does not open due to weather or equipment maintenance.

How much does it cost to Join?

The price for membership is based on the the car wash package you choose for you car.There is a $5 one time bar code fee and an initial two month trial period.

Are there long term contracts when I join?

Absolutely Not! You can cancel any time after the initial 2 month introduction period. There are no long term contracts or cancellation fees.

Does the Unlimited Wash Club charge my credit or debit card on a monthly basis?

Yes. Your credit card will be billed monthly to ensure there is no lapse of service.  There are no partial month refunds if you terminate before your monthly charge date.

 

A valid credit/debit card is required to participate in the program. Your monthly program fee will be automatically charged to your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card each month.

Do each of the vehicles I own need its own membership?

Yes. Each car you wish to have unlimited car washes available to it needs to have its own unique Klean-A-Kar Express Unlimited Wash Club account.

How do I cancel my Unlimited Wash Club Membership?

If you would like to cancel your plan please call our Customer Service line at 614.777.9200 between 8am – 4pm Monday through Friday . All changes or cancellation requests must be received 5 days prior to the plan’s recharge date to prevent next payment from posting.

Are there any other restrictions?

Your unlimited Car Wash pass may not be combined with any other discounts.  Only one vehicle per unlimited pass.  Allowances must be made for occasional closure of car wash for maintenance/cleaning and closures due to severe weather.
